- Installation of 3 Solarstations in rural areas sponsored by LFU

- 30 nomadic families in Wardak can now use there Solar lanterns produced at the center for renewable energies in Bedmoschk, suported by Zukunftstiftung Entwicklungshilfe bei der gemeinnützigen Treuhandstelle e.V.

- manufacturing of a Scheffler Reflector at our center in Bedmoschk, training of three Afghans in the construction of these Reflectors. The training is given by Heike Hoedt and suported by DAI, VAit and FI

- training for construction of 10m² Scheffler Reflectors for staff at Afghan Renewable Energy Center LTD in Kabul

- Development of a Tandor for Scheffler Reflectors for baking naan.

Together with the International Solar Energy Society (ISES) we are presently conducting a project in Afghanistan titeled Solar Food Processing and Conservation.
This is part of a larger project by ISES to investigate into solar food processing and to install model projects. Sponsoring comes from Wision, an initiative of the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy. Current report.
